I love the smell and feel of this so much but it most deserves 5 stars for how much faster it’s helping my bruises heal after doing pole. I was skeptical that the arnica in a body wash would be more effective than the gel I tried (the gel stinks and didn’t seem to work) but this actually helps them fade faster. I’ve been putting it on every day and I let it sit on my skin for a minute before rinsing.
