Here at THE|BAR, the word community isn't just a word. It is a mindset, an action, and essential to the fiber of our being.
That's why we've lauched a Community BAR Tab! This initiative is to support any and all BAR babes that may be experiencing a financial barrier preventing them from getting their butts to a class.
How does it work?

Dancers facing financial hardships self identify privately by opting into the lottery using this Community Tab Recipient Form.

Donors anonomously purchase classes at 50% cost using the donation form.

Monthly, on the first, a private lottery is held to award recipients with donated classes.

Recipients will be notified via email and will see a bonus class added to their account.
If I sign up to be a recipient, am I in the lottery pool indefinitely?
Sort of. Once you opt in, you will be eligible to win a donated class each month. However, once you have won a donated class, your name is removed from the pool and you must opt in again for future rounds.
Is there a way to earn more entries?
No. We don't want to gamify this or created a tiered probability structure. The goal of this program is to help those facing hardships attend more classes fairly, randomly, and privately.
How is privacy guaranteed?
The opt in form submissions are secured behind a locked login. No one besides you and THE|BAR studio owner will know you've submitted your form (the studio owner will only know so that they can award your reward). The randomized lottery pull will not be videoed or shared in anyway. The recipients will not be named or broadcast. This will just happen behind the scenes in secret.
Do I have to go to THE|BAR to donate
Nope! That's one of the best parts! We have BAR Babes near and far and now everyone in our community can get involved and spread that good energy!

How do I donate?
Scroll back up and you'll find a donation form. You can choose a one-time donation or setup reoccuring contributions.
The minimum donation is $15 (a 50% discount off our drop in rate), which will provide 1 class to the lottery pool.
If I win, can I thank my class donor?
When we say anonymous, we mean anonymous. We do not collect the donor's name or contact information on our donation form nor are they published publicly for viewing. (I don't even think admin rights will let us peek behind the curtain).
So, no you cannot thank your donor, and this is by design.
We want this fund to as randomized, anonymous, fair, and private as we possibly can. Think of it as a little piece of magic amongst BAR Babes!
