Attendance Policy

Attendance Guidelines

• Please arrive no more than 5 minutes before your class start time. 

• Our entrance is around the left side of the building through the grey door.

• Students more than 15 minutes late will not be able to participate in class.

• Please review class descriptions for a list of items that may be helpful to bring with you.

• Guests are not allowed to come and watch.

Cancelations 

We request a 3-hour notice for class cancelations. Cancelations made 3 hours of less before the start of the class will be marked as a late cancel. Students are responsible for managing their own schedule. Any cancellations done by THE|BAR will not result in a lost class credit or fee.

 

Late Cancelations will result in a lost class credit. If you have 2 or more late cancels within a 30 day window, you will be charged a fee of $20 plus an additional $10 fee for each additional late cancel within that window.

No Shows will result in a lost class credit and a fee of $20 per instance.
