We want our products to wow you and we want our customers happy with every purchase. However, sometimes, things can go awry. We are here to support you and make it right.

Retail Merchandise

Purchased online

Since online purchases of merch and apparel are fulfilled by a drop-ship provider they are unfortunately not eligible for returns or exchanges. 

But we don't want to leave you hanging with that crappy answer. If this is your case, reach out to us at info@the-bar.co to see how we can work out a solution.

Purchased in studio

Unworn and unused items purchased in studio can be returned or exchanged for in-studio stocked items only. 

We cannot return, refund, or exchange worn or used items.

Apolethecary Products

Purchased online

You can exchange or return unused products within 14 days of receipt. Contact info@the-bar.co to get an authorization. I'm sorry, we don't offer free exchanges or returns.

Purchased in studio

Unused items purchased in studio can be returned or exchanged for in-studio stocked items only. 

We cannot return, refund, or exchange used items.

Class Packages and All Other Booking Credits

Class packages and booking credits are non-refundable. Contact us at info@the-bar.co to see what we can do to make it right.
