Non-Pole Classes
Here at THE | BAR we are more than just pole classes. We also offer a variety of body work and traditional dance classes with a flirty twist!
Note: Just like the year, our schedule may go through seasons and sometimes not have all classes listed below.

Flexin' on em
Are your muscles stiff and tight? Are you struggling with range of motin and flexibility to nail that latest move? Are you dying to get your splits? Flexin' on em is for you! We'll work on pushing our flexy boundaries using a variety of active and passive flexbility stretches.

Mixology
Looking to harness your movement off of the pole? Mixology is all about off the pole dance. The dance style is not set in stone, so expect a mix and fusion of jazz, contemporary, tap, lyrical, hip hop, and more in this power hour of movement!

Yin and Tonic
Yin Yoga focuses on releasing energy blockages from within your fascia and connective tissue. In this class you will hold poses for 5 mins each, allowing your body weight and gravity to release stagnant and tights spots both physically and energetically.
The class temperature will be kept cool between 68-73 degrees.
Please bring your own mat (and bolster if you have one). However, blocks and straps will be provided.

Bottoms Up!
Looking to shake shake shake ya rump? Werk on Twerk? Gobble up that wobble? Well Bottoms up is for you! This class opens with a leg and booty crushing body weight circuit, followed by a twerktastic choreography that will reward you with confidence and sweat!
Be warned, repeated rounds of bottoms up will have you sizing out of your shorts, in the best plumpiest way!
Catch this class on the last friday of every month!

Detox
Looking for a spiritual, body, mind, and soul cleanse? Sounds like you can use a detox. This class soothes you to a meditative place of stillness using restorative yoga practices and poses. Once you've unlocked that door to healing, you will be futher cleansed using Reiki and vibrational crystals - leaving you detoxified, cleansed, and reset to get back to world as your best self!
The room will be a warm temperature of 80 degrees. Please bring a yoga mat, bolsters, and blankets if you have them. We do have some to borrow but are limited on quantity.
Looch is certified in Restorative and Yin yoga as well as a Reiki II practioner.
