Ready to take a sip of a classic?  This Contemporary Cocktail class  is all about  incorporating aspects of movement from several other genres such as jazz, modern, and ballet. It also focuses on aligning these movements with breathwork and emotional expression.

We've all seen them - those sexy powerful dancers in heels whipping their hair, hitting those lines and dancing with power. Now it's your turn! Bring the attitude, bring the spice its time to put a hex on em with your hips and foot stomp them into submission.. Something wicked this way comes.

Zen and tonic is a yoga class that connects the body, breath, and mind. It uses physical postures, breathing exercises, and meditation to improve overall health and reduce stress. Just like a gin and tonic, this class is a nice relaxing wind down.

Please bring your own mat. However, blocks and straps will be provided.
